How to Request Data Deletion

If you would like to have your personal data removed from TG CALABRIA Report, you can request deletion by following the steps below. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will process your request in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.

Option 1: Email Us

Send an email to our privacy team with the subject line "Data Deletion Request":

Option 2: Delete Your Account

If you have an account on our platform, you can request deletion directly:

1. Sign in to your account at tgcalabriareport.com
2. Go to your Profile settings
3. Contact us via email to request account and data deletion

Facebook Data

If you connected your Facebook account to TG CALABRIA Report, the following data may be stored:

• Facebook Page name and ID
• Page access tokens (used for auto-posting news articles)

To remove this data:

• Go to Admin Settings and click "Disconnect" next to your connected Facebook account. This will immediately delete the stored tokens from our database.
• You can also remove TG CALABRIA Report from your Facebook account's connected apps at Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.

What We Delete

Upon receiving a valid data deletion request, we will delete:

• Your account information (name, email, password hash)
• Connected social media tokens and account references
• Newsletter subscription data
• Bookmarks and preferences

Please note that published news articles authored by your account may be retained for journalistic and archival purposes, but will be disassociated from your personal information.

Processing Time

We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
